Founded in 1981, Santinel inc. specializes in Occupational Health and Safety Management:

• 25 years evolving, thinking, and working for its clients
• 25 years mastering the different aspects of what has become known as Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
• 25 years getting to know our clients and their different management approaches
• 25 years developing a global vision, i.e. our " way of being", supported by a range of services based on integration with organizational management, our "way of doing things"

The depth of Santinel’s expertise is mostly due to its staff’s stability.  With them, Santinel has matured, and it is now able to assess "passing fashions" or CSST’s "priorities", by putting them back in the context of the businesses’ own management approach.

Along the way, Santinel created Sigma-RH Solutions (http://ww.sigma-rh.com).

Finally, throughout this evolution, training has always remained an important element of OHS management.  This is the reason why training is still one our main activities, and it has been based for several years now on the principle of knowledge, self-management skills, and know-how.  The CSST has recognized Santinel’s professionalism by hiring it to train first aid workers for more than 20 years.  Santinel now trains more than 20,000 workers every year.
